He holds Masters Degrees in Public Administration and Management from KIU and another in Health Services Management from Uganda Martyrs University. He has several postgraduate trainings including training in Health policy and Financing from Royal tropical Institute, Amsterdam and training in Health Management Programs from Professional for foundation development in South Africa. Claudio has extensive experience in health care management having been in Health care services industry for 15 years and having been involved at local, national and international health care policy issues.

Hold a master degree in Health service Management from Uganda Martyrs University- Nkozi. She also holds Advanced Diploma in Medical Edication from Health Tutor's College Mulago. Originally Florence is " a pure" Midwife trained from Nsambya School of Nursing and Midwifery Kampala. Has worked for 26 year in this Insititution. I am pround of being "a Midwife" more especially a midwifrey Tutor who has trained many Midwivies and Nurses. Those that have passed through my hands. really you know that. Midwifery is a unique vocation that's why i say that I am " a Pure " Midwife who is always committed and dedicated to her work. "To Love and Serve"
